Aminals organic dolls are a creation of Dreaming Lion LLC, a company that believes it is important to be part of the efforts being made by many toward achieving global sustainability. Aminals organic toys are made from only organic cotton.

Standard cotton growing practices have led to the crop's reputation as one of the most ecologically damaging field crops in the world. Normally, pounds upon pounds of pesticides and other harmful chemicals are sprayed on cotton each year, harming our air, water, and soil and negatively impacting biodiversity, while also harming the farmers who grow, till, and harvest the crop. Our organic toys are made from cotton grown on organic farms, which are free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

In addition to being safer for the environment to create, an organic doll is safer for our kids to play with. Because it is free of the synthetic poisons used in standard cotton growing practices, some of which are absorbed into the skin through contact, organic cotton is a material parents can trust in the toys they buy their children.

Aminals are not only kid safe and environmentally safe, they are also made in cruelty-free working conditions. Our fair trade toys are certified under two internationally recognized bodies-SKAL and GOTS-that ensure humane, safe and hygienic working conditions.

Of course it is! Aminals are great fair trade toys for young children, as well as the young at heart. Dreaming Lion LLC developed the line after being inspired by the unfettered creativity of kids' drawings. Each organic doll features the exaggerated proportions, squiggly lines, and bright colors that explode straight from kids' imaginations onto paper.

Currently, the Aminals line has 11 characters that are safe, soft, and squeezable. They embody the Aminals motto: "from their world, for their world," meaning that they were inspired by the creative world that kids inhabit, and created for the future world they will inherit!
